# How to assign a form teacher on Cloudnotte
How to assign a form teacher on Cloudnotte is shown below:
Class Management View
Click on Class management on your dashboard.
Click on Assign Form Teacher on the top right corner of your screen.
Assign Form teacher
Select the particular teacher/staff you want to be responsible or made accountable for a particular class.
Click on save and the teacher assigned is automatically saved on the Cloudnotte database.
Note:\
If you encountered error while assigning a form teacher, you should check for the following:\
1\. Ensure your internet connection is active\
2\. Select Staff approptriately\
