How to with-hold student result on Cloudnotte

Withholding results in the report sheet module of Cloudnotte refers to the process of temporarily or permanently preventing a student's grades and performance reports from being visible to authorized stakeholders i.e students, parents, teachers.

Report Sheet Overview

First, go to the Report Sheet module.

Next, Click More at the top right, just beside "Enter Attendance".

Once you click that, this comes up on your screen.

Click the first option, With-hold Results.

Then, this shows up.

Fill it with the appropriate information then, click With-Hold Result.

Note: If you encountered an error while With-Holding a result, check for the following: 1. Ensure the internet connection is active. 2. Ensure the With-Hold Result form is filled appropriately.
