# How to with-hold student result on Cloudnotte Withholding results in the report sheet module of Cloudnotte refers to the process of temporarily or permanently preventing a student's grades and performance reports from being visible to authorized stakeholders i.e students, parents, teachers.

First, go to the Report Sheet module.

Next, Click **More** at the top right, just beside "Enter Attendance".

Once you click that, this comes up on your screen. Click the first option, **With-hold Results.**

Then, this shows up. Fill it with the appropriate information then, click **With-Hold Result**. Note:\ If you encountered an error while With-Holding a result, check for the following:\ 1\. Ensure the internet connection is active.\ 2\. Ensure the With-Hold Result form is filled appropriately.
