# How to change a staff password on Cloudnotte

Double tap on the selected staff on your screen.

Click on Update Password at the right hand corner of your screen.

You can update password by entering new password and confirming the password and you can also decide to cancel if you feel the need to leave your current password.

Note:\
If you encountered error while changing password of a staff , you should check for the following:\
1\. Ensure your internet connection is active

2.Make sure the new password tallies to where the password should be confirmed.\ <br>
