# How to decline an incoming applicant on Cloudnotte
Applicants section in admission module
First, go to the applicants section in the admission module.
Next, click on the particular student you want to reject to open their profile.

Reject button
Click on **Reject**, to decline the application.
Once you click reject, this comes up. Click **Proceed** if you still want to reject it but if you don't want to reject any longer, click **Cancel**.
You can also choose to Reject as many applicants as you want, at once.
First click the checkboxes beside the applicants name to tick it like we have above.
