How to insert maths symbol or special characters on a question

Step by Step guide on how to insert maths symbol to your questions

Step 1.

Go to your question bank and select the class and subject you wish to add maths symbol or equations to.

Click on the question title or the options you want to add maths symbols or equations to.

Click on the Maths write up close to the status bar.

Once you have clicked on it, A maths editor dialogue will appear on your screen and then you can insert any symbol or Equation to it.

So go ahead and click on the keyboard icon on the input, you will see a mathematics keyboard on your screen below.

Its pretty simple to use, just play around with it and once done, click on the add button to add it to your question input.

So once it has been added to your question input, you will see it appearing like some special characters, kindly ignore and close it, it will format very well.

and once you close the input it formats very well as expected.

Now that we have fully understood how to add maths symbol and special equations to our questions.

You may be wondering how do i then edit it?

Kindly highlight the area where the maths symbol started from to the end.. Just like the image below.

and then click on the maths write up as though you want to add a new symbol. thats all.
