How to archive a student on Cloudnotte

Archiving a student typically involves transferring their academic records, personal information, and any relevant documents to a secure storage system after they've completed their studies.

Click on Students view

Click on the 3 dotted vertical icons at the right corner of your gadget.

Click on Archive

When you click on the archive button, you can either choose to cancel or proceed with the archive of the student. IF you choose proceed you can also unarchive that student

Click on the Archive buttton

Click on Unarchive to unarchive a student.

Note: If you encountered error while archiving a student , you should check for the following: 1. Ensure your internet connection is active 2. Ensure you assigned the student to a class.
