This details shows you the school information and how you can set it up. First is the school name, school email address, the school general mobile number, the country which the school is located in, the state of which the school is in, and the city.
Here, you will be asked to choose the current session and current term of your school.
Note: Academic session and term affects everything that happens on your school account. e.g Result computation, lesson note, CBT exams.
Every school is unique, so their report sheet too is unique. Configuring your assessments enable your school report sheet look exactly the way your school operate.
Select Classes: Select classes that you want to configure their reportsheet for, e.g Junior classes and senior classes reportsheet may not be the same, so you can configure your reportsheet to fit into any class.
Choose Term Applicable: Select the term you want this configuration to be applicable to.
Enter Assessments: Kindly enter the different assessment you want to display on the reportsheet and also to enable the teachers input in scores. Assessments can be for example: 1st CA, 2nd CA, Homework, Examination. After entering an assessment name on the Enter Assessment field, kindly click on the enter button on your keyboard to append.
Enter Percentage score for Assessment: After entering the assessments you have created they will automatically show on this area for you to enter the percentage score. For instance 1st CA can be 20%, 2nd CA can be 20% and exam can be 60% making it a total of 100%. This percentage score assigned to assessments also applies to the teachers area, that means while entering scores for a student they cannot exceed the percentage score..
Save Assessment: This action will save the configurations you have made so far.
Every school has it's own method of grading their students, this depends on the performance of that student. For any student to pass any subject, you must at least meet up with the average point for that particular subject.
Grade A: For any student to have an "A", you must score 70 and above.
Grade B: This ranges from 60-69.
Grade C: Ranges from 50-59.
Grade D: 40-49
Note: Any student that scores below 40 has automatically failed that subject.
This is where the student's behavioral activities are been monitored and recorded accordingly. The admin have to click on the text feed to input the text he/she wishes to describe the student.
All you have to do here is to fill in the word you use to describe the student's behavior in the text field provided just like they're displayed on the screen.
