# Class Management

Class management refers to the process of organizing, coordinating, and overseeing the activities and resources of a class within the school. This module provides tools and features for administrators to monitor and manage various aspects of a class. It empowers administrators to efficiently monitor class dynamics, support teachers in their instructional roles, and ensure a conducive learning environment for students' academic growth and development.

Select the class and arm which you want to inspect or manage.

This card displays the number of students in the class.

This card shows the form teacher of the class.

You can place a call or/and send a message to a teacher.

This card shows the number of homeworks given. Click "View Details" to see more details.

This is the students section.

Here you can see more details about the selected class, not just statics.

Use this checkbox to select or unselect a particular row for further action.

You can search for a particular student by typing in their name in this search bar.

This shows how many items will be displayed per page. You can change it to your preference just as we have above.

This column contains the name of each student in the selected class.

This column contains the gender of each student in the selected class.

This column contains the user ID of each student in the selected class.

This column contains the Date of birth of each student in the selected class.

This column contains an option to send each student a message by clicking "Message".

This is the subject section. In this section, you can see the subjects that the selected class offers.&#x20;

You can delete a particular subject by clicking "Delete" in the last column called "Action".

This is the Teachers section. In this section, you can see the Teachers that teach the selected class ,and their respective details.

Assign a subject teacher typically refers to the process of designating a specific teacher to teach a particular subject.

To assign a subject teacher, click "Assign Subject Teacher". It is located at the top right of the Class Management module.

Once that is clicked, this forms comes up on your screen.

Fill it with the appropriate information, and click "Save".

To assign a form/class teacher typically refers to the act of appointing a specific teacher to be responsible for a particular class.

To assign a form teacher, click "Assign Form Teacher". It is located at the top right of the Class Management module, beside "Assign Subject Teacher".&#x20;

Once that is clicked, this forms comes up on your screen.

Fill it with the appropriate information, and click "Save".

If the arm you are looking for isn't among the options,  click "Add arm".

Once that is clicked, this form comes up on your screen. Fill it with the appropriate information, and click "Save".

If the class you are looking for isn't among the options, click "Assign Subject To This Class".

Once that is clicked, this form comes up on your screen. Fill it with the appropriate information, and click "Save".
