# How to add a new staff on Cloudnotte

To add a new staff. click on the the **Add New Staff b**utton on your screen.

Once you click on the add new staff, a modal or a screen will display to you to fill in the staff details or information.

Kindly enter the student informations on the screen shown above.\ The inputs on (\*) is important and required, while the one's without (\*) is not required but you can fill the informations if you want to..\ \ Once you are done entering the informations of the student click on the **add staff button** shown on the screen below and the student will be added automatically.

Note:\ If you encountered error while adding a new staff , you should check for the following:\ 1\. Ensure your internet connection is active\ 2\. Ensure you filled all the inputs with (\*)\ 3\. Ensure you assigned the staff to a class.
