This feature enables the administrator to send private messages, ask questions, share updates. It promotes effective communication and fosters a sense of connectivity. To send a message, Click "Send Message". It is located at the top right of your communication module.

Once that is clicked, this form comes up on your screen. Fill it with the appropriate information then, click "Send Message",

In this communication module system, the users need to have credits or communication units in order to send messages. These credits or units act as a form of currency within the communication module, allowing users to send messages based on the number of credits they have. To fund units, Click "Fund Units". It is located at the top right of your communication module, just beside "Send Message".

Once that is clicked, this comes up on your screen. Fill it with the appropriate information, and click "Proceed".

E-newsletters are cost-effective, eco-friendly, and can be sent out instantly to reach parents faster. Plus, they offer interactive content and can be accessed conveniently on various devices. To send a Newsletter, Click "Send Newsletter". It is located at the top right of your communication module, just beside "Fund units".

It captures the conversation timeline, including the content, and participants involved in each message. Message history serves as a valuable reference, allowing the administrators to review past conversations, track important information, and maintain a comprehensive record of communication for future reference or analysis To check your message history, Click "Message History". It is located at the top right of your communication module, beside "Send Newsletter".
