Cloudnotte optimizes communication by providing a centralized platform for sending messages, announcements, and updates to students, parents, teachers and administators. Cloudnotte allows communication to occur anytime, anywhere as long as users have access to the internet.

They provide valuable insights and can contribute to building a transparent and trustworthy community within the school.

"Send Message" is a feature that allows the administrator to send messages to members within the school community. It provides a convenient and secure way for individuals within the school community to communicate and exchange information. This feature enables the administrator to send private messages, ask questions, share updates. It promotes effective communication and fosters a sense of connectivity.
To send a message, Click "Send Message". It is located at the top right of your communication module.
Once that is clicked, this form comes up on your screen. Fill it with the appropriate information then, click "Send Message",
In this communication module system, the users need to have credits or communication units in order to send messages. These credits or units act as a form of currency within the communication module, allowing users to send messages based on the number of credits they have.
To fund units, Click "Fund Units". It is located at the top right of your communication module, just beside "Send Message".
Once that is clicked, this comes up on your screen. Fill it with the appropriate information, and click "Proceed".
Sending a newsletter means sharing important updates and information with parents. It's like sending an email or message that contains news, announcements, upcoming events, and other relevant details. Newsletters are a great way to keep everyone informed and engaged in a convenient and organized manner.
When it comes to newsletters, using e-newsletters instead of traditional paper ones have awesome benefits. E-newsletters are cost-effective, eco-friendly, and can be sent out instantly to reach parents faster. Plus, they offer interactive content and can be accessed conveniently on various devices.
To send a Newsletter, Click "Send Newsletter". It is located at the top right of your communication module, just beside "Fund units".
Once that is clicked, this form comes up on your screen. Fill it with the appropriate information, and click "Send Newsletter".
Message history refers to a chronological record or log of all the messages exchanged within the communication platform. It captures the conversation timeline, including the content, and participants involved in each message. Message history serves as a valuable reference, allowing the administrators to review past conversations, track important information, and maintain a comprehensive record of communication for future reference or analysis
To check your message history, Click "Message History". It is located at the top right of your communication module, beside "Send Newsletter".
