# How to delete a parent on Cloudnotte
Parent View Button
Click on the **Parents** section to get an overview of the Parent's different profiles.
You can also click on the search button to look for the exact Parent you want to delete by typing in their name.
Parent profile
Click on the 3 dotted vertical icons at the right corner of your screen.
Click on Delete
You can decide to cancel or proceed with the delete action. If cancel , it doesn't delete. If proceed, the parents record is automatically deleted.
Note:\
If you encountered error while adding a new parent , you should check for the following:\
1\. Ensure your internet connection is active
