Report Sheet

Report sheet module enables you to effectively deal with all result related matters.

Cloudnotte helps in the process of generating report sheets, saving time and reducing manual effort for teachers and administrators. By utilizing Cloudnotte's report sheet feature, educational institutions can ensure the accuracy of student grades and academic assessments.

CHECK RESULT

Checking results in refers to the process of accessing and reviewing students' performance or grades on assessments, exams, assignments, or other academic activities.

The current session of the latest result is selected by default but, you can also change the session to any of your choice.

The current term of the latest result is selected by default but, you can also change the term to any of your choice.

You have to select the class of the result that you want to check.

After selecting the class, you have to select the student, whose result you want to check.

Next, select the assessment.

Once you have filled all the fields, you click "check Result". Then, the result comes up on your screen.

CLASS BROADSHEET

Class Broadsheet is used to Check the full result of a class, whereby in "Check Result", you can only Check the result of a particular Student.

Select the session, the term, the class and the assessment.

Once all the fields are filled, this becomes activated. Click it, then the Class broadsheet comes up on your screen.

ENTER SCORE

Entering scores typically refers to the process of recording and inputting students' performance or assessment results into a grading system or database. Teachers or instructors enter scores for assignments, tests, or other forms of assessments to track students' progress, calculate grades, and provide feedback on their performance.

To enter a score, Click "Enter Score", it is located at the top right of the Report Sheet module.

Select the Class, subject and the assessment for which you want to enter Scores.

Once the class, subject and assessment have been selected, a sheet to type in scores comes up. Just like we have above.

You input the score for the 1st CA, Exam and 2nd CA in their respective columns and click on "Save Score".

Then it shows just like we have above. You can also see the total score for each student which is a sum of the 1st CA, Exam and 2nd CA at the last column, "Total Score".

PUBLISH RESULT

Publishing results refers to the act of making students' results available to a wider audience, typically by releasing them for public access.

To publish result, Click "Publish Result", it is also located at the top right of the Report Sheet module.

Select the class and the assessment which you want to publish the result for. Then click "Publish Result" which is located just below the form.

You can also change the default selected session and term to any of your choice by clicking "Update Session & Term".

ENTER ATTENDANCE

Enter attendance typically refers to the process of recording and documenting the presence or absence of each student in a class. This task involves taking note of who is present and who is not, so that at the end of the term, it is published alongside their result.

To enter attendance, Click "Enter Attendance", it is also located at the top right of the Report Sheet module.

First you select a session, a term and a class, then the attendance sheet pops up, just like we have in the image above.

You can also see the number of days the school was open in the second column, "No. of Days Open">

Enter the number of days each student came to school in the last column, "Days Present".

Once you are done entering the attendance, click on "Save Attendance".

There are more options available. To see these options just as we have above, click on "More" which is also located at the top right of the Report Sheet module.

WITH-HOLD RESULTS

Withholding results refers to the practice of temporarily holding back or delaying the release of a student's result. When results are withheld, it means that they are not immediately made available to the student.

To with-hold a result, Click on With-Hold results.

Once you click on With-hold result, the form above comes up on your screen.

Fill the form with the appropriate information, then click "With-Hold Result", which is located at the bottom right of the form.

NEXT TERM BEGINS

Once you click 'Next Term Begins", the form above shows up on your screen. Fill it with the appropriate information, then click "Update Changes" located at the bottom right of the form.

RELEASE RESULTS

Once you click "Release Results", this comes up on your screen.

Select the session, term and class, then click "Release".
