Computer-Based Test (CBT) module refers to a system that enables the creation, management, and delivery of exams and assessments online, replacing traditional paper-based testing methods.

This module enables schools to modernize their assessment practices, enhance test accuracy and efficiency, provide timely feedback to students, and streamline the overall testing process for improved educational outcomes.

Select term, session and class to filter exam groups based on the selected.

To filter exam groups means selecting specific categories or groupings within the term, session, and class to narrow down the exams to a more targeted set. By applying filters, you can refine the selection of exams based on criteria such as term session, and class. This helps in organizing and managing exams efficiently by focusing on a particular group of exams that meet specific requirements or criteria specified.

These are active exam groups.

Click "View" on any exam group of your choice to view more, and to setup exams.

Once you click "view", this comes up on your screen.

Select a class and click "Proceed".

Once that is selected, this comes up on your screen.

To set up a new exam, click "Setup New Exam".

Once that is clicked, this comes up on your screen.

Select the subject of your choice, and click "Proceed".

Once you select the subject, it shows just as we have above.

A question bank is a curated collection of various types of questions used in the Computer-Based Testing (CBT) module. The question bank serves as a repository of questions that can be utilized to create quizzes, exams, and assessments within the CBT platform, ensuring a diverse and comprehensive set of questions for evaluating students' knowledge and understanding. By utilizing a question bank, educators can efficiently manage and deploy assessments while providing students with a well-rounded testing experience.

To generate your questions, click "Question Bank". It is located at the top right of the CBT module.

Once you click "Question Bank", this page comes up.

Select the class and subject of your choice.

Once you have selected your class and subject, You can go ahead to add question by clicking "Add Question".

Input the question in the bar above the instruction "Please input the question" and click "Save".

Sections are used to organize your questions and group related questions.

This shows the status of your cbt.
