# How to change a parent password on Cloudnotte

Click on the Parent for whom you want to change the password.

Once you click on the Parent's name, a full profile of the Parent comes up on your screen.

Click on **Update Password** at the right hand corner of your screen.

Note:\
If you encountered error while changing a parent's password, you should check for the following:\
1\. Ensure your internet connection is active\
2\. Ensure you  filled the same password fo**r New Password** and **Confirm Password**.\ <br>
