How to change a parent password on Cloudnotte

To change a parent's password means to update the password to a new one if forgotten or the Parent doesn't want to use it anymore.

Parent profile

Click on the Parent for whom you want to change the password.

Selected Staff Profile

Once you click on the Parent's name, a full profile of the Parent comes up on your screen.

Click on Update Password at the right hand corner of your screen.

Note: If you encountered error while changing a parent's password, you should check for the following: 1. Ensure your internet connection is active 2. Ensure you filled the same password for New Password and Confirm Password.
